K Mo's carnitas are the best I've had in a long time. My second favorite part were the pickled whole garlic cloves. I'm sure Ricky and I would have fought for the jalapeno. Wish I had a jar of them in my fridge. Kelly, please post the recipe!
Mucho Gracious, but I had help from Michael. He really is the Carnita's King. Oh and the Jalepeno's were from a jar. Tee hee hee. I didn't buy enough just wanted it as a garnish. So happy you liked. I will find out what kind when I go back to Molly Stones. I have the recipe and will post it next week. Super Easy to make and watch it brew on the stove for hours! That is the secret. Oh yes and it's pork butt.
